No, our platform is 100% free to use. You only pay the service provider directly for the work completed. We don't charge any platform fees, booking fees, or hidden charges.

You can cancel at any time with no charges applied. Cancel your booking from the bookings tab in the app, which maintains your booking history, or by contacting our 24/7 support team. Before booking, you can use the "Let's talk" option on the partner profile page to discuss your requirements and make a deal directly with the partner.

Once the service provider marks your service as done from their side, you'll be asked to rate and review when you open the app. Your feedback helps other users make informed decisions and helps us maintain quality standards.
